X-Flat Tie: X-Flat Ties are used with Wedge Bolts to secure and space modular forms. X FlatTies are available from 4" to 24". And other sizes can be produced according to the client'sdemand. Wedge Bolts: Wedge Bolts connect panels and tie them together, eliminating the need forspecial tools or equipment in the setup process. Two identical wedge bolts work as a singlelock-bolt set, connecting and clamping together. However, additional bolts may be neededfor walker attachment, scaffold brackets and etc. Long Bolts: similar to a wedge bolt, these Long Bolts connect the 1, 1-1/2, and 2-inch steelfillers, and are punched with two 1/4-inch holes to make room for 16 or 20-D nails. Short Bolts: short bolts are used to attach the pilaster form a steel ply form. They eliminatethe need for short-stop wedge bolts, and upon proper installation, make stripping much easier. One Piece Waler Clamp: One Piece Waler Clamps attach through the wedge bolt slot ofmodular type forms to provide wedge action aligning with single or double lumber. Z Tie Holder & Waler Ties: Z Tie Holders are used in conjunction with Waler Ties to securedouble 2 x lumber wales to modular type forms. The Waler Tie is available in two sizes toaccommodate 2x4, and 2x6 lumber.
